[0:06] Welcome back to the Monday Morning Minute for  July 7. Let's get 60 seconds on the clock and get   [0:10] started. Check out the Oakdale Farmers Market this  Wednesday from 2 to 6 PM in the City Hall parking   [0:15] lot. On Wednesday evening, bring your lawn chairs  to the Walton Park Band Shell at 7 PM to enjoy   [0:20] folk music from the Mac and Cheese Band. Join  the Oakdale Police and Fire Departments for the   [0:26] 3rd-annual Ladders and Squads event this Thursday,  July 10, from 5 to 7:30 PM at Fire Station One   [0:31] located at 5000 Hadley Avenue N. This free event  is an opportunity for young kids and families   [0:36] to get up close and personal with public safety  vehicles like fire trucks, ambulances, squad cars,   [0:41] and more. We look forward to seeing you there.  Beat the heat with a Pop-Up Splash Pad this   [0:46] Saturday, July 12, from 1 to 2:30 PM at Eastside  Park located at 1744 Helmo. Run through a fire   [0:51] hose spray courtesy of Oakdale Fire, toss  water balloons, and play water games. Finally,   [0:56] starting this week, the Oakdale Library will have  new hours on Mondays from 9:30 AM to 5 PM and   [1:01] Thursday from 9:30 AM to 8 PM. Hours on all other  days of the week will stay the same. This change   [1:06] was made in response to community requests for  additional morning hours at the library.
