[6:51] Welcome to the City of Woodbury City Council meeting for today, October 22nd, 2025. It is 7:30 p.m. We're meeting here [6:59] in council chambers. This meeting is also taking place virtually. So, there are some people online, but we got a [7:05] large group of people here tonight because we've got some great awards to to pass out and it's really good to see [7:10] all of you. Please feel free to come back another time. We love having people in the audience. Um, these meetings are [7:17] recorded by True Lens Community Media and they're broadcast live, which is happening right now, and it's also [7:22] replayed on cable channel 799. Meetings are also available on the city's YouTube channel. Members of the public public [7:30] may attend the meeting in person, which many of you are doing, but also online. We've like I said got a couple special awards. So a couple things uh to kick [8:41] off tonight. Uh we have the presentation of the awards for the photo contest winners. Um and Ashley where? It's always so fun to see our amateur although many of [8:54] you I think are professional I mean or you look professional of photographers and get to see your great works. [9:07] I'm Ashley Bennar, community relations specialist for the city of Woodbury. Uh a little bit about this contest. So the [9:14] city staff initiated the focus on Woodbury photo contest in 1999. Um, and [9:19] it's now a popular tradition amongst local amateur photographers and their families. Um, Woodbury Magazine now [9:26] operates the contest and City provides promotional support.
