Uh, tonight on the agenda, the first item up is the uh Woodbury Spine and Wellness City Place 4, site and building plan, project number 0420500578. Uh, and I believe that this one is uh yours, Dan. Davis Real Estate Group LLC has submitted an application for a site and building plan approval to construct a medical office building within the City Place development. The property is located to the south of Interstate 94 and East Radio Drive and is zoned GW Gateway District. The property is guided as places to work on the land use plan. At the August 6th, 2014 meeting, the city council approved the city place project. The development approval included preservation of the existing office land uses, a grocery anchored retail development, hotel sites, restaurants, banks, and additional office buildings on 96 acres of land. An amendment to the original PUD for the city of place was granted on June 28th, 2017 with the amendment being necessitated by the need to establish land uses and general layout following the removal of the formal formal corporate campus building. The approved land uses for this area are places to work uses with a focus on providing office and medical use. Uh the proposed use within the application meets the intent of the original and revised PUDS. September 2024 marked the 10-year anniversary of the start of construction of City Place. At the beginning of the project, the taxable value of the almost 100 acre property was approximately 12.5 million. In the following year, City Place saw approximately 600,000 square ft of…
