"e e e e e e e e e e yeah good evening welcome welcome to the city woodb Woodberry city council meeting for today it is March 12th 2025 7:30 p.m. we are here in council chambers live it's good to see a lot of people here live for our meeting tonight thank you for coming um in addition this meeting is always broadcast virtually as well and that meeting uh you can if if you'd like to come into tonight you want to continue to attend these in the future um you can find the agenda online there's a little green button you push to watch the meeting live and you're in the meeting um we do take comments during the meeting I already have a couple of green sheets if you do want to speak tonight I do need a Green Sheet often times if you've been here before you found them on your chair but tonight they're just out in the in the hallway on the table so um just right outside so feel free to grab one of those if you do want to speak tonight um let's see what else was I going to say about this um I think that's it so we're calling the meeting to order um as is our normal tradition would you stand and join me in the Pledge of Allegiance I alance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all our assistant City administrator city clerk Ashley is here Ashley would you please do the roll call yesc here here hereon here may here we are all here tonight so so we are able to conduct tonight's business I also just want to point out that our attorney tonight is oh oh we did find his name okay we got a new name tag okay Eric Eric you were properly identified in the last moment I looked it wasn't there so okay so we got that squared away um uh first um thing on our agenda tonight is our special order of business we look forward to this every year Janelle Schmid is here to talk about our annual um our 2024 annual report for Community Development a lot of work goes into this um with staff and with our Economic Development commission always so pleased to uh get an update on this so uh please tell us more about it jel thank you mayor Bert members of the city council I am pleased to present the uh mayor and city council with the 2024 Community Development annual report as the mayor uh showed you she each of the council members has a copy of this printed in front of them um you'll find that the report is full of detailed information development Trends and a few Deep dive topics um that we want to highlight uh particular projects and accomplishments from the past the past year before I get into the details I do want to take a quick moment to acknowledge um our staff and in particular Jamie Fritz our housing and economic development coordinator who did uh put this report together both in terms of gathering the data um the design elements of the report itself the the text Etc and also want to acknowledge the economic development commission this is a work of theirs it's one of thei…
