Report on the successful election of Kim Wilson (reelected to a second term with 14,592 votes) and Donna Stafford (newly elected with 9601 votes) to the City Council. Both will begin four-year terms in January.

These include a city ordinance prohibiting on-street parking between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. through April 1st, or anytime with two or more inches of snow. Additionally, vehicles in driveways must not extend into the street or obstruct trails/sidewalks to facilitate snow plowing.
