The MORE program is a mobile-based recreation initiative designed to travel throughout Woodbury, bringing activities directly to community locations. According to the presentation, the program will serve children ages 5 to 16 and offer sports, arts and crafts, and giant yard games at no cost to participants.

The pilot phase will run for four weeks across six different locations in the city. This initial rollout will test the program's viability and community interest before any potential expansion to additional parks and neighborhoods.

"The mobile on-site recreation experience, aka MORE, is a mobile-based recreation program that will be traveling around the city of Woodbury bringing recreation activities to the community," a presenter explained. Officials emphasized that "this is a free program to the community," highlighting accessibility as a key feature.

While no official vote was recorded during this presentation segment, the council heard details about the program's structure and goals. City officials indicated aspirations for future growth, suggesting the program could expand to serve more locations if the pilot phase proves successful. The initiative reflects Woodbury's commitment to providing recreational opportunities for young residents across different neighborhoods.
