[0:17] this meeting is being [0:28] recorded [0:58] e [1:28] e [1:58] e e [2:49] good morning everyone it is Tuesday January 21st at 9:00 a.m. we'll call the [2:55] wri County Board of Commissioners to order we'll begin with the Pledge of Allegiance [3:01] I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation [3:09] under God indivisible with liberty and justice for [3:15] all good morning on this very very chilly morning we'll document for the record that I believe when I got in my [3:21] car this morning it said 21 Below I don't know if anybody has that a higher number than that but it is pretty [3:29] ridiculous L cold out uh first item on the agenda here today would be the approval of the minutes we have uh five [3:36] sets of minutes we can approve them collectively or individually uh I will stand for a motion or modifications at [3:42] this time chair vet I'd like to um we can approve b c d and e but at this time [3:49] I'd like to discuss a all right so motion by commissioner [3:54] Holland to approve b c d and e uh minutes second second second by [4:01] commissioner MOA any discussion hearing none all in favor say [4:06] I I oh same sign all right minutes uh B C D and E are approved unanimously uh [4:12] commissioner Holland minutes from the county board meeting on 1217 yeah I just want to uh um strike there is uh under a [4:22] it says d d asked to add a data request by a right County citizen was discussed [4:29] by Colin and Shane in uh and it she wanted it added [4:34] to paragraph three um I just would like that struck because I don't want to uh [4:41] say that we didn't want a citizen to do a dataquest it was referring to uh the [4:48] request the data request by the sheriff so I'd like to scratch [4:55] that Mr chair and commissioner holling um I just want to clarify per purposes of consistency here the minutes you're [5:02] referring to are for minutes of the committee the whole meeting from the sheriff and attorney salary on 1119 of [5:08] 2024 was your motion to then also direct staff to change that committee minutes to then also strike that from the [5:14] committee minutes so we'd be going back to the 19th and striking those as well or just the minutes from the board on [5:20] the 17th both okay thanks for that [5:25] clarification all right so it's a motion by commissioner Hall to approve the [5:31] minutes from the 1217 and with the modifications that [5:36] extend to the previous Committee of the whole I'll second that second by commissioner uh Shane any [5:44] discussion uh hearing no discussion all in favor say I I post same sign I'll [5:50] abstain I wasn't part of the board at that time all right motion passes uh three with an abstention all [5:58] right all right and now with the first item next up would be the agenda today [6:03] is there anything on today's agenda that needs to be modified or any additions administrator kryer nothing further all [6:10] right…
