Thank you, Mr. Chair. Members of the Commission. Saint John Newman Church is requesting approval of a preliminary subdivision to create two lots on property located at 1330 Deerwood Drive.
The proposed subdivision splits off the northeastern 1.14 acres, which is proposed lot two and retains a 3.09 acre parcel lot one with the existing building. Both lots meet minimum dimensional and area standards for the Public Facilities zoning district, which is the current zoning of the property.
The action to be considered is to recommend approval of a preliminary subdivision to create two lots on 4.23 acres located at 1330 Deerwood Drive, and if approved, the conditions and the staff report shall apply.
