[0:00] e [0:53] good evening I call this meeting of the Planning Commission uh for February 6th [0:58] uh to order I would like to ask members to stand for the Pledge of [1:08] Allegiance uned States of America [1:23] stand thank you I'd like to ask Ms Ericson to call the role traffas [1:30] here lza here Zimmer Han here Swenson [1:36] here next item on the agenda is the approval of minutes do we have any changes to the [1:42] minutes I'll let the minutes stand as uh presented uh do we have any [1:48] announcements and I'd ask um Miss Jensen uh yes thank you Commissioners uh before [1:54] you tonight you do have uh a handout that is the findings of fact for the the CU P that's on the agenda this evening [2:02] uh we did have the wrong legal um uh description attached to the document so [2:08] that is why you have a a revised copy there were no changes to the Bings of fact themselves and then as a reminder [2:15] following tonight's regular meeting uh we will adjourn and move to the Maring conference room for a joint work session [2:20] with the parks and rec committee uh again immediately following this [2:26] meeting thank you very much um next item on the agenda number [2:31] five uh the North Creek MHP conditional use permit uh this is a public hearing [2:37] to consider the application of dirt Boys Incorporated for a conditional use permit to allow the expansion of North [2:43] Creek manufactured home park for the development of manufactured home sites in the rsmh single family manufactured [2:52] home park district and Shoreland overlay District uh we'll have a presentation um [2:59] but I would like to ask anybody that does want to speak uh to sign up on the [3:04] signup sheet at the back of the room and um there's a lot of people will have to [3:09] do some limiting of time probably three minutes a piece thank [3:16] you uh do we have a presenter [3:24] okay good evening Commissioners thank you for uh your time today and this is a good road thank you for your time [3:30] and could you just give us your name for the record uh my name is Joe Mander I'm a licensed engineer and I'm the design [3:36] engineer on the uh Project tonight uh I wanted to quickly take you through our request and then touch on some of the [3:43] highlights of the project uh the Project's located just south of the existing North K States [3:50] manufactured home community and and directly north of the country view manufactured home Community the project [3:58] is or the property is currently zoned rsmh and the future land use map also shows this as uh manufactured [4:06] housing a previous site development plan was approved by the city back in 1989 the site was considered phase three [4:13] of the North Creek Estates community and before that the property was originally part of Country View uh as this property [4:22] was previously approved for development City water lines have already been extended to the site boundary existing [4:29] sanitary sewer runs along the ea…
