So I'd like to call to order the Thursday, October 23rd, 2025 meeting, Abidina's Arts and Culture Commission. Laura, could you please call the roll? Commissioner Byrne. Yeah. Commissioner Curtin. Commissioner Fram. Here. Commissioner Pandia. Here. Commissioner Scully. Here. Commissioner Steinberg. Commissioner Pichak. Yannes. Here. Commissioner Bazar Baruah. Commissioner Peterson. Here. Vice Chair Zabaran. Chair Westland. Here. All right. The first item on our agenda tonight is to approve tonight's meeting agenda. Could I have a motion to approve the agenda? Motion. Commissioner Steinberg and a second. Commissioner Burke. All in favor, please say aye. Aye. All right. We have an approved agenda. Next is the approval of the minutes from our September 25th meeting. Are there any comments on the minutes at all? If there are no comments, could I have a motion to approve the minutes? Is there written? Commissioner Pandia and a second. Commissioner Fram. All in favor, please say aye. Aye. Aye. All right. And we have approved minutes. I believe then our next item is commission input. Anything, anything, there's no community comment, anything. So I think we can move on to the commission input on the equity strategic action plan for the built environment. I'm Addison Lewis. I'm in the planning department and I'm part of a small subcommittee of staff here that's working on how to make our facilities a bit more welcoming and accommodating to different cultures. This comes from we did a equity strategic action plan that assessed the whole organization on a number of different categories. And one of those was the built environment. And now is the category where we scored the lowest. So we formed the subcommittee to look at how we can make some improvements to our facilities and the first two facilities that we're focusing on are the lobby entryway of city hall as well as the police lobby and also the public works and park maintenance facilities. So we're kind of in the early stages of putting together these recommendations and so we're kind of going to them different groups to try to get some feedback. So we thought it'd be good to hear from you all. So I included some of those questions in your packet. So I'll just kind of read through those here. So first, what do you currently find welcoming about our city hall police department lobby area and the public works lobby area. What would make a space more welcoming regarding the representation of cultures, whether it be artwork, furniture, signage, what process do you think the city should use to make decisions on which cultures to represent and how to select artwork. And then are there other groups that you think that we should talk to. Can I just confirm the public works building is that in Metro Boulevard? Is that the. We had some of our meetings there during that pandemic, I think. So just making sure I'm thinking of the right building. So I'll just open it up to you all for any comments or thoughts that you…
