There is no proposed change to the number of slips no increase decrease... I don't believe that the slip modifications are going to have an adverse impact in fact if we went back to I'm not going to ask Aurora to go back but per that site plan I believe their footprint on the lake is actually getting a little bit smaller and might have less of an impact to the lake.

the triggering event for this is the correlation between more boat slips equals more parking more parking equals more impact to the neighborhood and therefore — at the time we added this as — an additional step that is not customary — of applicants but but was agreed to by the yacht club and the Sailing Center to say that anytime there was a material change to their BSU and — as long as it wasn't going Beyond 186 — which it's not if it did go beyond 186 6 then that triggers a whole separate process but it it just gives us a chance to offer any comments — around our concerns about the impact of BSU to to — land use Andor parking Andor impact to the neighborhood.

Mayor Mullen [5:57:40]Consider approval of Wayzata Yacht Club request to modify the slip configuration at 1100 Eastman Lane

one thing we could add is safety I think it's safer to have the — um the Ed slips versus buise.
