Pavement Management Plan - Episode 5: Reclamation

When roads are looking pretty shabby, it's time for some reclamation! Reclamation—or full-depth reclamation—is a road rehabilitation technique that involves grinding up a road's existing asphalt and mixing it with the top part of the aggregate base to create a new base layer, then paving over top with fresh pavement.
