Pavement Management Plan - Episode 2: Planning and Design

Before we get crews out in the field, we have a lot of prep to do. Planning and design for road projects involves plotting the preliminary design, examining the site, surveying residents, assessing needs, conducting an Environmental and Regulatory Review and sending the project to bidding.
